What We Offer
IVF Doula
Emotional, informational, and physical support throughout the IVF process — from consultation through egg retrieval, transfer, and the two-week wait. You don't have to navigate reproductive medicine alone.
Birth Doula
Continuous labor support including evidence-based comfort measures, advocacy, informed decision-making support, and unwavering presence throughout your birth experience — in hospital, birth center, or at home.
Postpartum Doula
In-home newborn care, infant feeding support, sibling adjustment, household support, and family wellbeing check-ins during the critical fourth trimester. We help your family find its footing.
Bereavement Doula
Compassionate, non-judgmental support following miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant loss. We bear witness, hold space, and walk with families through one of life's most profound griefs.
Matrescence Doula
Support for the profound identity transformation of becoming a mother — matrescence. Whether you're a new mother or well into your parenting journey, this support honors how deeply motherhood reshapes who you are.
Newborn Care Specialist
Specialized overnight and daytime newborn care from a trained professional — covering feeding, sleep, soothing, and new parent education. Ideal for parents who want expert support in those early weeks.
Lactation Support
Breastfeeding and chestfeeding education, latch assessment and support, pumping guidance, and troubleshooting for common challenges. We meet you wherever you are in your feeding journey.
Perinatal Mental Health
Screening, peer support, education, and referrals for perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs) including postpartum depression, anxiety, OCD, and birth trauma. You are not alone — and this is not your fault.
Coverage & Insurance
Doula services may be covered by Medi-Cal and TriWest/TRICARE for eligible clients. California’s Medi-Cal doula benefit covers up to eight prenatal visits, labor support, and three postpartum visits. Military families covered under TRICARE West may have access to doula reimbursement through the Extended Care Health Option. Contact us to learn about your coverage options.
